At Ubiquity, we are committed to creating inclusive, accessible experiences for everyone - across our digital platforms, communications, and the work we deliver for clients. We believe accessibility is a core part of good design and effective communication. Whether someone is interacting with our website, reading a proposal, or engaging with a campaign we've developed, they should be able to do so without unnecessary barriers. We are proud members of the UK Association for Accessible Formats (UKAAF), reinforcing our commitment to producing inclusive and accessible communications across all formats.
WhatWe’re Doing
We are actively working to:
- Design and build our website to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards.
- Ensure documents, presentations, and reports are accessible by default.
- Use inclusive language and visuals in our content and campaigns.
- Consider the needs of all users - including those using assistive technologies - at every stage of our process.
- Train our team to apply best practices in accessibility, both internally and for client work.
Ongoing Commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing journey, not a one-off task. We regularly review our tools, processes, and outputs to ensure they reflect evolving standards and the diverse needs of our audiences. If we fall short, we want to know - and we want to do better.
