At Ubiquity, we believe that doing great work should never come at the expense of the planet. As a purpose-driven agency, we are committed to embedding sustainability across every aspect of our operations where possible, with the goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2030 - in line with Welsh Government targets.
How WeWork
We operate as a digital-first, hybrid agency - reducing unnecessary travel and emissions wherever possible. Our Cardiff office is in a building that runs on renewable electricity, and we maintain a paperless workflow to minimise waste. We’re proud to partner with 9Trees, supporting UK-wide reforestation and biodiversity projects to offset emissions we can’t avoid.
Sustainable Digital Practice
We recognise that digital activity carries its own environmental impact. That’s why we:
- Monitor the carbon footprint of AI usage across content creation, reporting and digital workloads.
- Run emissions reports on every media campaign and channel, helping us make conscious decisions about format and supplier.
- Advise clients on sustainable media planning and low-impact messaging strategies.
ResponsibleProcurement & Internal Culture
Our procurement policy prioritises suppliers with strong sustainability credentials. Internally, we train all team members on sustainable working practices and actively promote environmental responsibility in our day-to-day operations.
We know sustainability is an ongoing commitment - and we’re always looking for new ways to reduce our impact and support climate-positive progress.
